Georgia Power wanted a state-of-the-art Social Media Center to meet the increasing demand for enhanced customer service and communication.
Challenge
Previously they relied on telephones, email and other traditional methods which resulted in longer wait times for customers and stalled workflows for employees.
They needed to consolidate and simplify control of many devices. In the event of severe weather, the social media platform needed to enable immediate communication to the public with quick responses.
Solution
