The Zio^® Transportable Command Center (TCC) from RGB Spectrum is a fully integrated, mobile AV-over-IP solution designed for fast, flexible, and secure deployment.

Built on RGB Spectrum’s powerful Zio platform, the TCC combines multiview display, encoding, decoding, video wall processing, and bonded cellular/SAT communications—in a rugged, lightweight form factor. Weighing under 70 pounds, the TCC is compact enough for hand-carry and can be set up and fully operational in minutes—just connect displays, sensors, local and networked computers.

Overview

At the heart of the TCC is a high-performance video processing system that aggregates up to seven local computer/video inputs plus remote networked video, enabling operators to view and control visual sources across internal or external monitors, even video walls.

The system supports H.264/H.265 encoding/decoding as well as VNC, for secure, high-quality video transport across LANs and WANs.

For wireless communications, the TCC offers advanced network gateway connectivity over bonded 4G/5G/LTE cellular and satellite networks, plus local Wi-Fi hotspot services.

Used as a standalone system or networked with other TCC units or a central command center, the TCC delivers unmatched capability for situational awareness, data visualization, and a common operating picture across a wired or wireless network.

The TCC is available in two configurations to meet deployment requirements. The first is a rugged, shock-mounted 5RU travel case, designed for ease of transport and field deployment. A custom dolly is available for easy transport. The second is a 5RU rackmount for installation in a vehicle-based mobile command center (MCC) or a temporary installation. Both options include an internal 18.5-inch display and accessible front and rear panels for easy I/O and network connections. In addition, custom configurations with more I/O and an internal computer are available upon request.

Purpose-built for emergency and field operations in public safety, defense, and industrial operations, the Zio TCC is ideally suited for incident command posts, disaster response centers, mobile TOCs, and UAS/ UAV ground stations wherever a command solution may be required.
