SuperView XMP for "4K" Displays
RGB Spectrum now offers the SuperView® XMP real-time video/data multiviewer for panels and projectors with resolutions of 8-10 megapixels, called "4K" displays for resolutions 4 times or more than HD video. The SuperView processor offers a custom, high-performance architecture with faster updates, low latency, more display flexibility, robustness and security than PC-based alternatives. Real-time display of all inputs is guaranteed under all conditions.
The SuperView processor can display up to 8 graphic or HD video sources. Images can be displayed anywhere, any size, in correct aspect ratio or stretched to fit, in whole or zoomed to emphasize details. Unlike other video/data multiviewers, the SuperView processor has essentially no limits on display alternatives.
The SuperView XMP processor offers DVI, HDMI and RGB inputs for 8 windows. The processor supports graphic signals to 1920x1200 pixels and HD inputs to 2048x1080 pixels.
Control is via RS-232 or Ethernet. A browser-based control system provides a graphical interface that incorporates a comprehensive set of controls for every aspect of the processor and display.
The processor offers 24/7 robustness. It comes packaged in a compact rack-mount enclosure with replaceable air filter. Most importantly, it is a dedicated system, providing the security and reliability of an embedded operating system with no disk drives.
The SuperView XMP processor connects with 16:9 or 1.85:1 4K panels over 4 DVI single-link connectors. Two DVI dual-link connections deliver full resolution imagery to projectors that can accept dual-link signals.
A full array of features includes dynamic window sizing and positioning, smooth zooming within images, custom borders, titling, HDCP support and programmable presets. Options include a redundant power supply and KVM control.
The SuperView XMP processor is unequaled for medical applications demanding the highest possible resolution, performance and reliability.
