The Systems Contractor News (SCN) Stellar Service Awards program recognizes manufacturers and distributors of AV products for excellence in customer support and service. RGB Spectrum is proud to announce that it is the 2014 recipient of the Stellar Service Award for "Best In-House Training Program."

Award candidates were assessed by an independent panel of judges consisting of more than a dozen AV integrators and consultants. RGB Spectrum was selected as the winner in the training category over 10 other manufacturers and distributors. The award is significant because the judges are all industry experts who have experienced the benefits of the type of intensive product training offered by manufacturers like RGB Spectrum.

"This is certainly a prestigious honor for RGB Spectrum," remarked Paul Berliner, Training Manager. "To be recognized by a panel of industry experts is a compelling measure of the success of our training curriculum," he added.

Launched in 2013, RGB Spectrum's training program offers a range of classes that provide comprehensive installation, operation and service training for customers, system integrators, dealers, specifiers, and industry consultants. The curriculum incorporates a well-balanced combination of classroom instruction, interactive demonstration, and hands-on learning. Two-day courses are offered bi-weekly at our Alameda, CA corporate headquarters.

Training classes are conducted in our new state-of-the-art training facility and demo room, which allow students to gain first-hand experience with our products. Our engaging instructors deliver course material in an interactive manner that equips students with strong technical knowledge and provides them with the confidence to deploy this knowledge in their installations.
