ALAMEDA, CA— August 13, 2025 — RGB Spectrum®, a global leader in mission-critical video solutions for real-time decision support, and Wildfire Technology Integration, a premier nationwide AV integrator, have joined forces to deliver next-generation visualization and command solutions to public safety agencies around the globe. Their partnership—highlighted at this year’s NENA 2025 conference in Long Beach, CA—showcased a fully integrated control room environment, drawing high praise from attendees for its streamlined interoperability and field-ready design.

Together, the two companies are setting a new standard for real-time decision-making environments, combining RGB Spectrum’s high-reliability video display and KVM solutions with Wildfire Technology’s expert design, integration, and support services. The result is a seamless and scalable approach that equips operators, dispatchers, and field personnel with the visual intelligence they need—when and where they need it.

“This partnership is about delivering actionable insight and visual command,” said Dan Marcus, Vice President of Business Development at RGB Spectrum. “By fusing Wildfire Technology’s best-in-class integration with our proven video processing solutions, agencies can design their own mission view and respond with precision in critical moments.”

Real-World Impact: Clovis Police Department RTIC

A powerful example of this partnership in action is the recent deployment at the Clovis Police Department (PD) in California. To meet the evolving demands of situational awareness, Clovis PD launched a new Real Time Information Center (RTIC), purpose-built to unify surveillance, dispatch, and field operations data into a single, flexible visualization environment.

Working in close collaboration with Wildfire Technology and RGB Spectrum, the Clovis team deployed a 14’ x 5.6’ direct-view LED video wall with an ultra-fine 0.9mm pixel pitch, powered by the advanced Zio® 4000 Series AV-over-IP processor. This robust system supports 16 HDMI® inputs, 12 outputs, and up to 60 simultaneous IP video decodes, seamlessly aggregating real-time feeds from drones, license plate readers, traffic cameras, sensors, and the XtendPoint™ KVM matrix—all into a powerful, intuitive visual command interface.

Operators are equipped with 49” ultrawide and 27” displays at their desks, leveraging XtendPoint KVM-over-IP technology to seamlessly control multiple systems from a single keyboard and mouse. The result: a clean, efficient, and user-friendly setup that eliminates screen clutter while maximizing responsiveness.

Zio’s flexible, IP-based architecture also enables video distribution beyond the main control center. Visual feeds are shared in real-time across dispatch, EOC, supervisor offices, and even mobile field units, providing a unified operational picture that supports better coordination and faster decisions.

“The team at Wildfire Technology Integration and RGB Spectrum listened to our needs and delivered a solution that gives our officers and dispatchers real-time visibility across the city,” said Curt Fleming, Chief of Police, at Clovis Police Department. “It’s already making a difference.”
