RGB Spectrum Expands Executive Team with New COO, CFO

Alameda, Calif., U.S. – RGB Spectrum is pleased to announce the promotion of Scott Norder to Chief Operating Officer and Iana Zemniakova to Chief Financial Officer. The addition of two executives to its C-Suite is a reflection of RGB Spectrum's continued success in providing display processing, control room, and connectivity solutions for professional audio-visual and control room markets.

"RGB Spectrum's renown in the industry depends on the expertise of our team. We are pleased to have been able to promote from within," said Bob Marcus, CEO of RGB Spectrum. "Scott and Iana have done splendid jobs and will continue to help us excel as we expand into new markets."

Scott Norder's promotion to COO follows his successful leadership in developing the company's product portfolio as senior vice president of engineering and operations. “RGB Spectrum's finely tuned operations are a major contributor to the value that we can provide to our partners and to the end users of our products, thanks to Scott’s focus on continual improvement” Marcus added. Scott’s new responsibilities as COO will include oversight of sales and marketing. Scott joined RGB Spectrum in 2010 as vice president of marketing.

An industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience at AV hardware and software companies, Scott has guided several corporate teams through dramatic and profitable growth phases. Prior to joining RGB Spectrum, Scott served as executive vice president of AMX where he was instrumental in developing market positions, channels and solutions for the hospitality, education, government and residential markets. He has held a number of executive positions since earning a BSCE in computer engineering from Urbana-Champaign University.

Iana Zemniakova, CPA, joined RGB Spectrum in 2007 and brings more than 20 years of experience in business administration, accounting and finance to her new position as CFO. Building on her previous roles as vice president of finance and corporate controller, Iana’s responsibilities now include direction of all financial activities, operations and strategies, as well as human resources.

Iana has a Master’s degree in accountancy and a graduate certificate in corporate finance from Golden Gate University, where she also serves as an adjunct professor. She was a founding member of the American Modern School of Accounting and brings experience that includes general counsel, accounting management, consulting and public accounting in a variety of industries, to her new position.

According to Bob Marcus, “With the addition of Scott and Iana, RGB Spectrum’s new executive team is well-positioned to lead the company through the next phase of its growth.”
