New Equipment Rental Program for Warranty and Non-Warranty Repairs

January 22, 2008, Alameda, CA - RGB Spectrum extends its customer support with a new equipment rental program designed to keep mission-critical operations running smoothly and reliably.

RGB Spectrum products, manufactured in the United States with the most stringent quality assurance standards in the industry, are renown for trouble-free, reliable 24/7 operation. Our new equipment rental program continues our commitment to keep our customers up and running under all circumstances.

The Equipment Rental Program is effective January 1, 2008. If a covered RGB Spectrum product requires service, the rental program provides a replacement unit while a customer's is undergoing factory service. Rental units are available for a fee on a weekly basis. In line with RGB Spectrum's new standard 1 week repair time, for products under warranty that require a second week for service, there is no rental charge for the second week.

Rental units are available for all popular AV products, subject to availability, and are shipped via Federal Express overnight expedited delivery.
